Purple Urkle

Purple Urkle is a legendary California indica cannabis strain — a Mendocino County phenotype of an unknown indica variety that became famous in the 1990s for its extraordinary grape-sweet-tropical aromatic profile and deeply sedating effects. A foundational parent strain (with Big Bud) for Granddaddy Purple and (with Bubba Kush and Blackberry Kush) for Cadillac Purple. THC typically 18–22%. Terpenes: myrcene, caryophyllene, ocimene. Aroma: sweet grape, berry, and tropical fruit — one of the most authentic grape-sweet cannabis aromas. Effects: deep, heavy indica sedation and physical comfort.
