Sweet Cake CBD

Sweet Cake CBD is an indica-dominant hemp flower strain bred in-house by Secret Nature, developed from Wedding Cake (also known as Birthday Cake Kush) genetics crossed with CBD-rich cultivars to produce a high-CBD phenotype with the characteristic dessert terpene profile of its parent lineage. Wedding Cake itself descends from Triangle Kush and Animal Mints, which traces back through GSC genetics — meaning Sweet Cake carries layers of cookie, kush, and vanilla-cream aromatics from a deep and well-established pedigree. Secret Nature grows Sweet Cake indoors under controlled conditions and cold-cures it to preserve the nuanced terpene character that outdoor cultivation would compromise. CBD content sits comfortably in the 19 to 22% range with less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC.

The terpene profile is led by Myrcene, Limonene, and Caryophyllene — a combination that creates the signature sweet meets spice aromatic character of the Wedding Cake family. Myrcene drives the herbal body-ease and the soft grounding relaxation. Limonene adds a bright, uplifting citrus thread that keeps the experience from going fully sedating. Caryophyllene contributes the peppery spice edge and directly engages CB2 receptors for anti-inflammatory support. The aroma is vanilla, cream, fruits, and bakery-dough warmth layered over earthy and light gas undertones — it genuinely smells like its name. On the exhale, a lingering dessert finish with hints of earth and nuttiness keeps the experience interesting.

Sweet Cake CBD is suited to evening and late-afternoon use — the indica genetics and Myrcene-forward terpene profile make daytime productivity difficult for most consumers, with users reporting that its relaxing pull arrives quickly and persists. It is a comfort strain for stress relief, physical tension release, and the transition from a demanding day into rest. Consumers who enjoy the Wedding Cake lineage in THC-dominant form and are seeking a high-CBD counterpart will find Sweet Cake the most faithful CBD expression of that aromatic tradition.
