Sourced from real premium Laughing Buddha plants, this hash is collected from pure, freshly-frozen Laughing Buddha trichomes in a process that takes well over 100 hours from start to finish. Our hash experts take their processing techniques from the traditional hashish producers of Morocco and the Middle East, collecting all the resinous THC trichomes by hand before pressing into the gooey hashish bricks we’ve become familiar with. This strain-specific hash sets itself apart from others, having an aroma and flavour that is very different than the typical indica hash we carry. Laughing Buddha Hash contains earthy base notes of woody and spice, while also having sweet and slightly citrus-like tones much like the actual strain.

Hashish , hash for short, is derived from the “kief,” or the dried resin, of the flowering tops of mature and unpollinated female cannabis plants. The resin glands are called trichomes or crystals. Hash is harvested by collecting the powdery resin either by hand, by mechanical beating of the plants, or by submersing cannabis plants in icy water and then using small sieves to remove the trichomes, which are then dried (this type of hashish is called “bubble hash”). The remaining kief is typically pressed into “cakes,” or blocks, which are then smoked in pipes, vaporized and inhaled, or mixed with marijuana in joints.
